Charging and parking-fee incentive campaigns
For EVs charging inside the car park, the driver can enter the license plate number when charging. After charging is complete, the parking system recognises the plate at the exit, calculates the parking fee and checks the charging system for a charging record. Vehicles with a valid charging record can receive a parking-fee waiver or reduction.
Entry and exit control can use a cloud-hosted model. If an abnormal event occurs at night when no security staff are on site, a front-end call device can connect the driver with a remote operator. This supports normal vehicle access and parking-fee payment.

Charging-space monitoring
· Intelligent compliance control: Detects space status, recognises license plates and provides 24-hour remote HD video monitoring of charging spaces and parking areas. Combined with AI analysis and space-control rules, it supports unattended charging-station management.
· Visual and voice interaction: A remote voice-assistance service provides two-way voice communication between the charging site and the operations centre.
· On-site IoT sensing: Environmental monitoring and thermal-imaging temperature measurement help protect the operating environment and charging process.
· Prevention of ICE-vehicle occupation: Intelligent identification and analysis of charging spaces and vehicles provide visual, real-time operating management and help prevent internal-combustion-engine vehicles from occupying charging spaces.
